Where you item ship from?
From our warehouse in the united state, so that we can provide faster delivery (within 2-5 business day).
How long my items can be delivery?
We typically dispatch items within 24-48 hours after receiving confirmed payment. Our preferred carriers are FedEx or UPS, with an average transit time of approximately 2-5 business days.
Shipping details will be emailed to you shortly, and you can also check your order status by logging into your account.

How do I check my order?
To track your order, click on "Track Order" in the top navigation bar. Enter your email address and the tracking number we provided when your product was shipped.
Note: Please be aware that if you place an order during holidays like Christmas, shipment processing will resume after the holiday. Additionally, orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day since shipping companies are closed on weekends.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Upon receiving your item, carefully inspect it for any damage. If the package seems damaged, follow these steps:
Capture a picture of the damage.
Immediately email us at homshade.com and include the photos.
We will contact you directly to provide the next steps.
DO NOT discard the boxes or packaging materials, as this is essential for processing your claim with the shipping company.
Please ensure prompt communication and retention of packaging materials for a successful claim resolution.
