Returns Deadline
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To begin a return or exchange process, the following must apply:
1、Ensure that your item is in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
2、Contact HOMSHADE (support@homshade.com) to initiate the return process within 30 days of the initial delivery date. Kindly note that certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 15-20%. Shipping and handling charges for returned items are non-refundable.
3、Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
1、Upon receiving your item, carefully inspect it for any damage.
2、In case of damage, please contact us, providing essential information such as the purchase platform, order number, and a detailed description accompanied by a video.
3、The more detailed your information, the faster the resolution process.
Missing Part
If your product has damaged or missing parts, we can either send you the new parts or provide a partial refund. If the part significantly impacts the product's function or use, and you are unable to repair it yourself or with the assistance of a local technician, we will either send a new item to you or issue a full refund
Non-refundable Items
include, but are not limited to:
- Products from Unauthorized Resellers/Individuals
- Items damaged by human factors
- Sale items or gift cards
- Discounted items, including those purchased with coupons, are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you successfully complete the return procedure, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Refunds
We will notify you once your returned item has been inspected by our warehouse and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If your return is successful, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refund and Compensation Procedure
- PayPal refunds may require up to 24 hours for processing and subsequent appearance in your account. ( Some fees will be deducted from your refund, depending on the specific case, such as shipping fees, recall shipping fees, change of address shipping fees, etc. If the reason is related to the quality of our item, no charges will be applied)
- Credit card refunds will necessitate a timeframe of 7-14 business days for manifestation in your account. This duration is contingent on your credit card company and any intermediaries involved.
